Timeless Meditation

No-time alignment

Sending back all energy that belongs to other time co-ordinates.

Visualise a horizontal line spreading out to the left and right and the left represents all your past and the right all your future.  The centre holds the present moment, and golden sun rest there.

Imagine that you breathe onto the central sun to split it in two, then see these roll to the left and right.  As they do so affirm that all vibrations that are currently in the 'present' moment that belong to the past or the future are being dropped off to their correct time co-ordinates by the two suns.  Visualise these vibrations perhaps falling out of the rotating suns like sparks of light.  At some point the two suns will naturally stop, and then begin rotating back to the centre.

As they roll back affrim you are retrieving any and all vibrations in the past and future that rightly belongs to the present moment.  The suns meet again in the midline and sense your increased awareness and stability in the present moment, feeling freer of past and future events and projections.

Affirm the following
'The past never was.  The future will never be.  I am totally in the present moment, which is more than it seems'

ACT YOUR AGE (Of Aquarius)! FIVE TIPS to Keep You Connected…

After long research we’re happy to pass on the five basic rules that allow you to connect to the new consciousness of the Aquarian Age.

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice.''

~ Steve Jobs (an inspiration in the Age of Aquarius)

1. Go with your Intuition

We make decisions based on knowledge rather than on present time. Break free from the cultural trance of technology, which tries to provide us with the solution that spirit gave to us before.  True masters such as Buddha all the way to modern day businessmen like Steve Jobs, have acted on wisdom without fear, with self-belief and have connected with their intuition.

2. Be in your Element

The element is the meeting point between natural attitude and personal passion. When people arrive in their element, they connect with something fundamental, to their true identity and purpose.  Being in one’s element provides a sense of revelation, of defining who you really are and what your life’s journey is about.

3. Attitude is Gratitude

With modern day consumerism, we are constantly looking to have the next best thing. We are bombarded with choices from all angles from the Internet, advertising and TV.  Free your minds and stimulate the imagination, for the moment we become aware of the world around us, we begin to wonder about our place within it.
Feel gratitude and give thanks for what you have around you.

4. Revolution is Evolution

The human race is constantly evolving – from caveman to spaceman – in natural progression. Take a minute to focus on the personal evolution you would like to make. See your success.
The New Year is a good way to think about easy, manageable adjustments you could make to your life (personal, family, work, health, spirit) to keep you evolving towards your goals and growth.

5. Health is your Wealth.

We often take our health for granted, unless we fall ill. Take this holiday break to perfect and examine all areas of your health - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
The key is to balance all four.

If you’re not satisfied with one, don't just accept it. Like everything in life, your health needs to bee worked at too. Make time for your health.
